Products and Services
This site provides a free list-readiness assessment and a paid digital product called The 500 Subscribers Deep Dive, delivered inside Subscriber Sprint. We make every effort to display our products and services as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Payment and Billing
The Deep Dive is a one-time $27 payment for personal use; payment is due at the time of purchase. Access is delivered by a private link sent to the email address you buy with. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy
Your purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If The 500 Subscribers Deep Dive doesn’t give you something you can use, email support@charliepage.com within 30 days of your purchase and ask for a refund. There is no form to fill in and no questions asked.
- Refunds are returned to the card you paid with
- Refunds normally appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank
- Refunded purchases lose access to the Deep Dive materials
Free materials — the assessment, your score, your playbook and the daily emails — cost nothing and stay yours either way. You can unsubscribe from the emails at any time using the link at the bottom of each one.
